Reiki is alleged to aid relaxation, assist in the body's natural healing processes, and develop emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is also said to induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall wellbeing. At Energy Balance I aim to provide emotional and spiritual support, and my treatments are tailored to each client’s needs. The treatments are non-invasive and there are no contraindications, so it can be applied to a number of situations – a Reiki session can be enjoyed for some simple relaxation, but also during pregnancy or for children.
